Who we are

Vessel & Reed is a United Kingdom business supplying commercial-grade reed diffusers and an ongoing fragrance replenishment service. For any privacy question, contact hello@vesselandreed.co.uk.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you submit: name, company, email, telephone, business type, number of locations, estimated diffusers, Profile preference and message.
• Deposit details processed by Stripe: name, email, billing address and business name. We do not store card details.
• Website analytics: pages viewed, interactions with calls to action, and campaign attribution parameters (UTM values).

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, provide pricing, fulfil Founding Release deposits and improve the website. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries and measuring website performance) and contract (processing your deposit and service).

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used, including aggregated session behaviour and heatmaps. These services set cookies or similar identifiers. You can block them via your browser settings.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate: payment processing (Stripe), analytics (Google, Microsoft), hosting and email delivery. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records. You may request access, correction, deletion or objection by emailing hello@vesselandreed.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
