Choose your Profile
Start with Impression, Focus or Relax — each designed for a different type of space.

Receive your diffuser
Your Italian glass display vessel, a sealed 500ml Profile, fibre reeds, a clean-pour funnel and a simple setup guide.

Pour the fragrance and insert the reeds
Use the funnel to pour, then insert the supplied fibre reeds. No engineer. No plug.

Position the vessel
Place it where you want the scent — reception desk, side table, meeting room credenza.

Receive replenishment approximately quarterly
Fresh fragrance and replacement reeds arrive around every three months. Your display vessel stays exactly where it is.

Move a refill earlier or later
Running low sooner? We’ll bring it forward. Still have plenty? Delay it. You stay in control.

Switch Profile whenever you like
Change fragrance with your next refill. You’re never locked into one scent.

Add diffusers to build a scent system
Cover multiple rooms, floors or locations — same Profile throughout, or different Profiles per space.
